Blackberry IPA, 6.8% ABV 38 IBU
A summer twist on our flagship IPA. We used the same base recipe from our "Jam" IPA with the addition of Blackberry puree for this refreshing summer brew.
Hazy IPA, 7.1% ABV 30 IBU
A big, juicy IPA featuring Comet and Zappa hops. The comet hops bring a low-alpha bitter with herbal notes. The Zappa, inspired by the legendary musician, add a fruit profile with passionfruit, pineapple & guava notes.
Cold IPA, 6.2% ABV 53 IBU
This Cold IPA is loaded with hops, but fermented with lager yeast for a crisp & bright body. We named it for the tressel bridge that crosses the Nooksack River into downtown Ferndale, which is notorious for always having a certain band's name graffitied on it.
German Style Fest Bier, 5.0% ABV 22 IBU
A German style Oktoberfest brew with golden-amber body, pleasant bitterness and rich malty flavor. PROST!
Peach Ginger Sour Ale, 4.7% ABV 5 IBU
An approachable, fruit & root infused kettle sour. This malty brew started with a biscuity body & slight sour, then we added some ginger for a little extra zip and peach puree to balance it all out with a little sweetness.
Premium American Lager, 5.8% ABV 19 IBU
Straight-forward, simple and refreshing with a dry finish. This Premium lager is made without any cheaper adjuncts like rice to keep a robust malt profile.
Bohemian Pilsner, 5.2% ABV 38 IBU
A Robust & classic pilsner. Bright unfiltered body with notes of pepper, German noble hops & a clean dry finish.
Kentucky Common Ale, 4.2% ABV 18 IBU
Also known as cream ale or a steam beer, this pre-prohibition beer style is an American original. brewed with corn as well as grains, with light body and subtle flavor profile.
Wee Heavy Scottish Ale, 7.4% ABV 27 IBU
This Wee Heavy is classic Scottish ale for 70’s punk rockers, brewed with Heather flower. Moderate malty body with flavors of date & molasses and a hint of earl grey tea on the nose from the heather flowers. Brewed in collaboration with Darach Brewing and Atwood Farm Brewery.
Hazy Pale Ale, 5.3%ABV
This collaboration with The North Fork, Structures & Fringe Brewing is part of the Beer of Choice collaboration between 14 Whatcom County (and Skagit) Breweries to support organizations doing work in the area of reproductive healthcare. Proceeds go to Raiz of Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington & North Idaho
